Registration

Registration is easy. Just fill in our form on the Reservations page and either mail or e-mail it back to us. Your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of this form and a deposit. The deposit can be paid for by a cheque or money order made out to Jan Kretz and addressed to:

All trip prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.  There are no additional taxes.

Space is limited to 6 guests per trip. Please book your seat early in order to avoid disappointment. 

Upon registration and deposit, a trip planner package will be sent to you which includes a welcome package with complete equipment list, places to stay, travel details, etc. Please sign and return the release of liability form and medical form with final payment.

Payment Details

Day/Weekend Tours

To reserve your seat, 50% of the tour cost is required as a deposit. The balance is due 60 days before tour.

Multi-Day Adventures

A $250 deposit per person is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure.

Cancellations and Refunds

In the event that you must cancel a reservation for whatever reason, please notify Adventuress in writing as soon as possible. As many of our expenses are committed well in advance of our trips, the following charges will apply:
more than 60 days prior to departure, a full refund minus the $150/person administration fee
31 - 60 days prior to departure, a 50% refund of total tour price.
0 to 30 days prior to departure, full amount retained.

If Adventuress can fill your seat at least 14 days prior to departure, then the full amount less an adminstration charge of $150 will be returned.  We recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance to protect you from tour cancellation or changes due to flights, health issues or other reasons. Please check with your travel agent for details.

Adventuress reserves the right to cancel a tour due to conditions which might compromise the safety of the participants.  In this case, deposits would be refunded.

Adventuress has never had to cancel a trip and endeavours to run all trips.  Minimum number of two people is needed for day trips and four people for mult-day trips to proceed.
